Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $4,583,747.30 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $3,258,103.88 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at August 31, 2021.
